Important Safety Notice
Product Recall: TheKiddoSpace Finger Painting Kits Sold from August 2023 through February 2025.
In cooperation with Health Canada, we are issuing a voluntary recall of TheKiddoSpace Finger Painting Kits sold online at thekiddospace.ca and Amazon.ca from August 2023 through February 2025.
WHY ARE WE RECALLING THIS PRODUCT?
The product contains the hazardous substances methanol and ethylene glycol which may be an irritant. The fingerpainting kits also contain a phthalate, which is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects, posing a chemical hazard.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY RECALLED CHILDREN’S PRODUCT?
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product, take it away from children and contact TheKiddoSpace for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to write “RECALL” on the back and lid of the paint pad and submit a photo of the marked product to info@thekiddospace.com. Consumers should then dispose of the kits in accordance with their local waste disposal requirements.
